Iran's 10-Point Plan for Political Negotiations

Majid Takht-Ravanchi, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister, announced in a meeting with foreign diplomats in Tehran that a 10-point plan has been agreed upon as the basis for negotiations. مجید تخت‌روانچی، معاون سیاسی وزارت امور خارجه جمهوری اسلامی در نشستی با حضور سفرا و رؤسای نمایندگی‌های دیپلماتیک خارجی و سازمان‌های بین‌المللی مقیم تهران مدعی شد توافق شده است که طرح ۱۰‌بندی نظام به‌عنوان مبنای مذاکرات قرار گیرد. او گفت تهران خواهان آتش‌بسی نیست که به طرف مقابل اجازه بازسازی توان نظامی و تکرار حمله بدهد و این موضوع به‌صراحت به طرف‌های مقابل و دوستان ایران منتقل شده است؛ به گفته او، بدون تضمین‌های مشخص، چنین وضعیتی قابل تکرار نخواهد بود.
