At Shebekino Central Regional Hospital he was diagnosed with blind shrapnel wounds to the face, chest and thigh. Necessary care was provided, he refused hospitalization. As a result of the attack, the building caught fire — the fire crew promptly extinguished the blaze. A civilian vehicle was also damaged.
